Getting honey to you

The opposite. Crystallisation is normal in raw honey and depends on the glucose content of the nectar source — sunflower and beri set fast, acacia stays liquid for a long time. Stand the jar in warm water below 40°C and it will loosen. Do not microwave it and do not boil it.

Cash on delivery is the default. Inspect the seal and the batch code on the lid before paying the rider. If the seal is broken, refuse the parcel and call us.

A sealed jar that arrives damaged, leaking or with a batch code that does not match the website is replaced or refunded in full — tell us within 48 hours with a photo. Food safety means we cannot take back a jar that has been opened, unless the contents are genuinely defective, in which case we will send it for testing at our cost and act on the result.

Yes. Corporate gifting, shaadi boxes and reseller quantities are handled over WhatsApp so we can confirm stock by batch before committing. Tell us the quantity, the varieties and the date you need them.

Kept sealed, dry and out of sunlight, honey lasts for years. Use a dry spoon every time — water in the jar is what starts fermentation. Store it in the cupboard, not the fridge.

Not through this site. Honey is a restricted food import in many countries and needs paperwork that varies by destination. Message us and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable for yours.
