• High-altitude multi-floral honeys carry a wide pollen range, which is what gives the shifting flavour between harvests.
• Low moisture and low HMF are the two figures that matter most for freshness — check them on the batch plate above before you buy any honey, from us or anyone else.
• A good general-purpose table honey: mild enough for daily use, distinctive enough to notice.

Honey is a food, not a medicine. These are traditional uses and general nutrition points, not treatment claims. Never give honey to a child under 12 months. If you are diabetic, pregnant, or on medication, speak to your doctor first.

• Over fresh fruit or yoghurt.
• In cool or lukewarm drinks where the floral note survives.
• As a gift jar — it travels and stores well.

Above 2,400 metres the flowering season is compressed into a few weeks, and the bees work whatever opens — alpine clover, wild mint, thyme, sanjali. The honey that comes off is clean and floral with a cool finish, and it is never quite the same twice.

One harvest a year. When the season is short, the quantity is small.
